Kneeboard can be done as kneeboard surfing or towed kneeboard - similar to wakeboard with a padded deck for protection and straps - really appreciated by water-ski enthusiasts. Kneeboard was pionneered by the likes of George Greenough who adapted the design of the fin on his kneeboard.
